It's double the giggles...
...and double the grins...
...and double the trouble if you're blessed with twins.

{is this gonna be forever...}

...if you know me well, then you know that i have close to perfect teeth...
i never needed braces...
...i still have my wisdom teeth...one even came in...and it was straight...
...i never needed a tooth pulled...
...and i've never had a cavity...until today...

i have made it 27 years...almost...without any major dental problems...
with exception of grinding my teeth at night and needing to wear a guard,
i pretty much have had perfect teeth...

...and ya know what?  i was proud of that...
...hair comes and goes...
...weight fluctuates...
but...i always had my nice teeth...

i have 2 cavities...one in the one wisdom tooth, and one in the molar next to it.
...i'd like to think of myself as a brave person...
i had acl surgery...
...2 tonsillectomies...
and...i gave birth vaginally...with the epidural worn off...to twins
i'm not afraid of needles, i had to give myself shots just to get the boys to earth...
i have more scars than i can count...
...but when the dentist told me i would need a filling and that 2 of my wisdom teeth are
impacted and one has a cavity and i would need oral surgery...it took all my strength.not.to.cry...

i have my ex-dentist...dr. fransis to thank for the cavity in my molar...yes i name dropped...
...because frankly i am pissed...
...apparently he didn't apply the sealant correctly...
...thus i now have a cavity...and my new dentist made me feel better by telling me
...that the cavity wasn't my fault...
but...i am still scared.to.death for the upcoming procedures i am going to need...

...so...to celebrate the end of my perfect teeth reign...
i sucked it up.went to carls jr.and ordered me a big juicy burger...
...but i did wait until the fluoride was done doing its magic...

...and just maybe...i will be just as funny as david after surgery...
...and just maybe...i will let matthew record me...

You probably don't remember me, but I lurk at times! ha ha!
I just wanted to suggest that you get a second opinion on that cavity. My husband & I were told by a certain dentist (who was in our WARD!) that we both had cavities. I had only had 1 in 30 years! He told Jason that he had 4!! He kept pushing to get them filled but we couldn't afford it. Then our insurance changed & we went to a new dentist. First visit - NO CAVITIES!! For either of us!! Now 2 yrs later, still no cavities! I think that some dentists might have student loans they need ya to pay for & so they "create" problems. I was really bugged- especially because we trusted that guy.
AnyHOO... just a suggestion!
