Well, we are finally pregnant. As some of you know, it took us a long time to get to this place in our lives. I have been going through infertility for the past 2 years. It has been a long 2 years and has not been fun or easy. Quite a few of you also know someone who has experienced what we have, but most of you have no idea what it feels like personally. Count your blessings. It is one of the hardest things to go through. Especially in our religion and how it is based around the family.
Many times we have felt like failures, even though this wasn't our fault at all. But now we can finally say that all the crying, worrying, and time has paid off. I am only 7 weeks today, but things have been good so far. The only major symptom I have been experiencing is extreme irritability. I have only had a touch of morning sickness and I am more tired than usual, but nothing I can't handle. I have another doctors appointment w/my specialist at the beginning of Feb. I will let y'all know how that goes... there maybe a few more surprises, who knows.

So, I must be losing it, but I swear I left a comment on here. I guess not. Well, I just wanted to let you guys know how happy and excited I am for you. You two have waited a long time, have been very patient, and I am so glad it is finally working out for you. You will both do so well as parents. I know I loved having your help over Christmas with my kids. Love you guys! Keep me updated on everything please!
